Application Process
Zoe Bayliss begins leasing for 2023-2024 in January 2023.
Zoe Bayliss has joined Madison Community Cooperative (MCC), meaning residents must sign a contract with both Zoe Bayliss and MCC.
January: Renters will sign a Zoe Bayliss Contract. They must also turn in the $400 security deposit by check. This guarantees them a spot with the cooperative if there is one available when they sign.
Completed contracts must be sent to zoemembership@madisoncommunity.coop.
Checks through mail should be sent to 915 W Johnson St, Madison 53715.
Summer: Once the Vice President has assigned rooms and roommate matches, residents will be sent an MCC Contract to sign, where they sign for the specific room they were assigned.
